If social , economic changes and equal justice to all is of high constitutional priority , then the effectuation and realisation of the same would depend directly in proportion to the availability of expeditious and expansive legal system and remedies . यदि सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिवर्तन तथा सभी के प्रति समान न्याय हमारी उच्च संवैधानिक अग्रता है तो उसका कार्यान्वयन और प्राप्ति प्रत्यक्षत : इस बात पर निर्भर करेगी कि हमारी विधिक तंत्र तथा उपचार कितने त्वरित और कमखर्च हैं .

I work for Indian independence because the nationalist in me cannot tolerate alien domination ; I work for it even more because for me it is the inevitable step to social and economic change . मैं हिंदुस्तान की आजादी के लिए काम करता हूं क़्योंकि मुझमें अपने मुल्क के लिए जो मुहब्बत है , वह विदेशी गुलामी को बरदाश्त नहीं कर सकती.हिंदुस्तान की आजादी के लिए मैं और भी ज़्यादा काम करूंगा क़्योंकि मैं सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिवर्तन के लिए मुल्क की आजादी जरूरी समझता हूं .
